Melissa Reyna

Melissa Reyna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer for the Chief Financial Office at USAA since July 2025, Melissa focuses on enhancing forecasting planning and analysis processes through documentation and efficiency identification. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Senior Business Analyst in IT at Solarity Credit Union, and held positions at USAA, Zachry Group, BD, and SWBC, where a strong emphasis was placed on optimizing processes and driving organizational effectiveness. In addition to professional experience, Melissa also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word, teaching courses related to organizational development and management. Melissa holds both a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word.
