Samantha Gramsas

Samantha (Ames) Gramsas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in banking compliance and risk management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Bank Compliance at USAA, Samantha has previously held key positions including Director of Compliance Risk in Real Estate at USAA, FVP and Director of Servicing Business Risk and Quality at Flagstar Bank, and Senior Vice President of Process Ops and Control at Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC. Additional roles include Senior Vice President of Business Controls and Assistant Vice President of Operations at Specialized Loan Servicing, as well as Senior Vice President of Business Controls at Computershare Loan Services. Samantha obtained an education from the University of Utah.
