Swagata Das has extensive experience in marketing technology and data management, currently serving in the Omni Channel Personalization Strategy and Delivery role at USAA since August 2021. Prior to this, Swagata held multiple senior vice president positions at Citi from December 2000 to August 2021, including overseeing the integration of marketing technology for the North America Consumer business, leading the Digital Data Management team to acquire incremental customers, driving channel strategy for the Phones team, and contributing to the development of a customer-centric marketing platform. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Trellis Technologies. Swagata holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems and a B.B.A. in Finance, both from Baruch College.
