The leadership team at USAA has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance industries. Members of the team have served on the board of directors for Kelly, Regions Bank, and Kabbage, Inc. They have also held positions such as Executive Vice President, Head of Technology and Implementation Services at ACI Worldwide, EVP - Retail Strategy, Products & Omni Channel Executive at Truist, and SVP/ Audit Director - Head of North America Global Markets Audit, Bank of America at Bank of America. In addition to their work experience, the team is also highly educated, with degrees from Columbia University, The Wharton School, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and NYU Stern School of Business.
