Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in logistics and project coordination. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Smartlink wireless program at USA Groups, Jennifer is responsible for project tracking, client interaction, and financial management. Previous roles include Assistant Project Manager at Network Building + Consulting, where Jennifer oversaw the Dish Wireless project, and a managerial position at the American Red Cross, leading teams in mass care and logistics in Virginia. Jennifer's military background includes multiple logistics management roles in the United States Army, where responsibilities encompassed supervising recruiting operations, managing significant property assets, and coordinating large-scale logistics for units of over 4,000 personnel. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Geographic Information Systems Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Georgia.
