We are committed to shaping and transforming the future of customer experience. As an Executive Administrative Assistant at USAN, you will play a crucial role in supporting our President/Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and CEO. This position demands an in-office commitment due to the critical and confidential nature of the work, but has flexibility. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Communications: Utilize Outlook and Teams/Chime for video-enabled meetings, supporting the President/CRO in communication with Sr. Leadership Teams.
  • Calendar Management: Prioritize schedules, decide meeting attendees, and adapt to constant schedule changes and urgent requests.
  • Meeting Planning and Organization: Take charge of meeting logistics, including agenda, location, and technology, coordinating with executive administrators inside and outside USAN.
  • Correspondence & Approvals: Act as a proxy for communications and approvals, answering general questions and escalating routine matters.
  • Travel and Expenses: Make travel arrangements, manage expenses, and ensure policy-aligned expense reports are submitted on time.
  • Special Projects: Handle complex tasks, including researching issues, analyzing problems, and collaborating with outside organizations for special events.
  • Company Events: Plan and execute in-office events, enhancing the brand and prestige of the Atlanta office while collaborating with other executives across USAN.

General Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with USAN's products, people, and organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to handle incoming requests independently and refer matters appropriately.
  • Accountability to ensure proper disposition and prevent oversights.
  • Collaboration with other departments and driving accountability to meet business needs.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.

  • Minimum of two years supporting a principal at the Director level and above.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.

  • Organized and focused work style.

  • Demonstrated leadership, engagement, and collaboration skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plus familiarity with SharePoint, Ariba, Concur, HubSpot, and other marketing tools is a plus.
