Rocky Livingston

Rocky Livingston has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Rocky currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations & Engineering at USAN, where they have full operational responsibility for the global technology infrastructure and its systems. Rocky also leads global operations and engineering initiatives, including call processing, transaction processing platforms, cloud computing, automation, information security, system integration, network architecture, data center operations, and over a billion annual transactions. Additionally, Rocky spearheads major operational activities such as budgeting, strategic planning, and procurement.

Prior to their current role, Rocky held various positions at USAN, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Operations & Engineering.

Before joining USAN, Rocky worked at MCI Communications - Telecom*USA, where they held roles such as Sr. Manager of the Network Management Center, Manager of Engineering Certification & Support, Network Field Engineer, Regional Supervisor, and Communications Technician.

Rocky also served in the US Air Force Reserve as an Aircraft Electronics System Technician from 1980 to 1986.

Rocky Livingston has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in management from Colorado Technical University. The degree was achieved with Summa Cum Laude honors. In terms of additional certifications, Rocky holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2020. Additionally, Rocky has a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2019. It is also known that Rocky possesses a General Radiotelephone Operator License (#PG-6-8416) from the Federal Communications Commission, although the specific details of when it was obtained are unavailable.
