Rocio Flores, Ed.D has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rocio is currently serving as the Chief Social Impact Officer at USC Credit Union since January 2022. Prior to this, they established their own consulting company, BELLA Entrepreneurs Consulting, in April 2021, where they hold the role of Owner. In February 2021, Rocio founded BELLA, and continues to oversee its operations.

From 2018 to 2022, Rocio worked at the University of Southern California in various positions. Rocio started as a Program Specialist in October 2018 before being promoted to Program Administrator in February 2019. Prior to USC, they worked as the Director of Development at Resurrection Catholic School from July 2017 to October 2018.

Rocio also has experience in the non-profit sector, having served as the Donor Relations Manager at PUENTE Learning Center from September 2016 to July 2017. Rocio worked as the Director of Marketing and Development at Archdiocese of Los Angeles from May 2013 to August 2016.

Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, Rocio worked for the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles as a Development Specialist III from June 2007 to May 2013. Rocio started their professional journey as a Program Supervisor at Community Service Programs, Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

Rocio's early career includes serving as a Service Coordinator at Project Access, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. Rocio has consistently demonstrated their expertise in program management, development, and marketing throughout their career.

Rocio Flores, Ed.D, has an extensive education history that spans over several years. Rocio completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, they pursued an Executive Certificate in Transformational Leadership at the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained in 2016.

Earlier in their educational journey, Rocio earned a Master's degree in Public Policy & Administration (MPA) from California State University, Long Beach, graduating in 2005. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.
