Tonya Perez-Wright, MBA has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Tonya most recently served as the Interim Chief Experience Officer at USC Credit Union starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Member Experience at the same organization from July 2022 to May 2023. Tonya also worked as a Digital Experience Manager from September 2021 to August 2022, and as a Senior Branch Manager from June 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining USC Credit Union, Tonya held a Branch Manager, AVP position at U.S. Bank from 2014 to 2019. Tonya also worked as a Planning Advisor at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks and Mortuaries from 2013 to 2014, and as an Assistant Vice President at Comerica Bank from 2007 to 2013. Tonya Perez-Wright holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Labor Studies and Employee Relations from Penn State University. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree from Los Angeles Harbor College. Apart from their formal education, Tonya has obtained several certifications, including a Financial Counseling Certification (CCUFC) from CUNA Mutual Group in April 2022 and a Certified Credit Union Manager (CCM) certification from CUES in August 2021.
