Caitlin Beamon

Caitlin Beamon has a diverse background in refugee and immigrant support, currently serving at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants since August 2022. Previously, Caitlin worked as a Case Manager at the International Rescue Committee from March 2021 to January 2022, and held multiple roles, including Education Coordinator and Employment Case Manager, at Refugee Services of Texas from May 2017 to September 2020. Caitlin's early experience includes serving as a Resettlement Case Manager and Intern, providing cultural orientation to refugees. In addition to extensive work in case management and education, Caitlin has a strong administrative background from the University of North Texas, with roles ranging from Payment Specialist to Administrative Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Studies, a Certificate in Arab and Islamic Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of North Texas, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College.
