Keith Benson

Keith Benson is the current General Counsel at USD Group. Before that, they were a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP from July 2000 to March 2015. Keith was based in the San Francisco and Houston offices, and their practice focused on capital markets and public company representation, primarily in the energy (upstream, midstream, downstream and oilfield services) and REIT industries.

Keith Benson received their Doctor of Law from Rutgers Law School and their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of New Jersey.

Keith Benson reports to Dan Borgen, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. They are on a team with Josh Ruple - Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Adam Altsuler - Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
