Maria José Bosch

Maria José Bosch is a Professor Titular at ESE Business School Chile and has been a part of the institution since June 2005, specializing in leadership and organizational behavior. Bosch serves as the Research Director and leads the Work and Family Research Center, focusing on promoting organizational cultures that support work-family balance and flexible leadership. In addition to academic roles at ESE Business School, Bosch is a Director at BBosch Chile and holds membership in the International Center for Work and Family at IESE Business School. With a background that includes a Master's and PhD in Management from IESE Business School, as well as experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, Bosch is deeply invested in research areas including trust, cross-cultural differences, and organizational culture.
