Lama Leila

Lama Leila is a skilled professional in customer success and conversational AI, currently serving as Global Customer Success Manager at Insider since January 2023, following the acquisition of MindBehind, where responsibilities included driving customer satisfaction and implementing effective onboarding and growth strategies. Previously, Lama held the position of Conversational AI Manager at MindBehind and Conversational AI Designer at BISC BAU, where leadership skills were demonstrated as Head of BISCGalata. Additional experience includes roles as Design Instructor at Skillademia, Research Assistant at DOSIA, and various communications and media positions across organizations such as Istanbul&I and Anamorphic Films. Lama holds degrees in Communication Design from Bahcesehir University and Multimedia Design from American University of Sharjah.
