Jennifer Pecoraro

Jennifer Pecoraro serves as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager at User Interviews since April 2021, focusing on onboarding new clients, relationship building, and account management. Prior to this role, Jennifer held several positions at Anthology Inc. from November 2010 to April 2021, including Onboarding Consultant and Campus Support Manager, where responsibilities included managing onboarding processes, providing technical support, and training new employees. Jennifer's earlier experiences include roles as a Student Conduct & Community Standards Assessment Intern at State University of New York College at Buffalo, a Freelance Writer for Buffalo Magazine, and an English Tutor at the University at Buffalo. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Higher Education & Student Affairs Administration from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, Jennifer is pursuing a workshop in Design and Delivery of Study Abroad at Kent State University.
