Kristen Jung

Kristen Jung is currently a Project Coordinator at User Interviews. Kristen previously worked as an Associate Engineering Project Manager, PMO at JUUL Labs from September 2019 to July 2020. In their previous role, they collaborated with Engineering stakeholders to create beta study schedules and test plans which included project goals, program timeline, IRB submissions, customer feedback, and measurements of success. Kristen was also GCP (Good Clinical Practices) Certified and acted as a liaison between test participants and Engineering leaders by providing direct technical and logistical support via Centercode platform. Furthermore, they ensured company initiatives were met by weekly reporting on KPIs and progress towards project goals.

Before working at JUUL Labs, Kristen was a Catering Event Manager at Evolution Hospitality from June 2018 to September 2019. In their role as Catering Event Manager, they were responsible for customizing catering sales packages, detailed event orders, floor plans & final billing for all weddings and social event groups ranging in size from 50-350 attendees. Kristen was the sole liaison between clients, vendors, & hotel operations for social market and assisted in catering sales & achieving departmental quarterly goals. In addition, they obtained insurance liabilities to ensure all events followed legal policies & procedures and maintained detailed hotel communication between departments both prior and post events.

Kristen Jung attended San Diego State University and obtained their Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. After working in the field for a few years, they decided to further their education by obtaining certification from The Walt Disney Company in their Disney College & International Program Internship. Kristen also has a certification from The National Institute on Drug Abuse in their Certificate of Completion - Good Clinical Practice.
