Shira Rosenfeld Grossman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Shira is currently a Charter Member at TechGC since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Legal Affairs and Innovation at UserWay.org starting from 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, they were the Founder and CEO of OutGC LLC, where they provided concierge general counsel services to domestic and international businesses. During this time, they offered outside general counsel services to various companies in different industries and defended companies in web accessibility matters.

Before founding OutGC LLC, Shira served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Rosenfeld Law, PLLC and Manuel & Rosenfeld, LLP from 2003 to 2019. In this role, they provided general counsel services to cryptocurrency funds, consumer products design companies, film bus tour companies, and travel companies. Shira also assisted with risk management, insurance coverage, and intellectual property protection, and created various commercial and employment documents.

Shira also worked as Counsel at Hudson Lambert Parrott, LLC (formerly known as Hudson Parrott Walker, LLC) from 2016 to 2018, where they primarily advised the owner, controller, and human resources of a large Southeast automotive group. Shira also had experience as a litigator handling cases related to synthetic identity fraud and construction and liability matters.

Furthermore, Shira served as the Head of the Litigation Department and Employment Law Lead at Shiboleth LLP from 2006 to 2012. In this role, they managed the litigation and employment practice for the New York office of a top-5 Israeli law firm and played a key role in Americanizing their operations.

Shira began their legal career as an Attorney at Bartlett & Bartlett, LLP from 2000 to 2003. Shira worked at prestigious law firms such as Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP as an Attorney from 1999 to 2000 and 1998 to 1999, respectively.
