Jenelle Friday is a Customer Success Manager at Whale since October 2024 and the Founder of LionHeartCS, established in January 2024, focusing on the importance of Emotional Intelligence in achieving success. Jenelle serves as an Ambassador and Member of the Customer Success Collective and is also a Member of Gain Grow Retain, both communities aimed at fostering alignment and growth in customer success practices. Previously, Jenelle held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Forecastable until October 2024 and has substantial experience from roles at Adobe, Convercent, and Agility Recovery. Jenelle holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University, complemented by two levels of Customer Success certifications from SuccessCOACHING.
