Nikhil Raut

Nikhil Raut, Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished innovation leader currently serving at USG since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nikhil held the position of Department Head - Engineering at UCC Environmental from March 2021 to September 2024 and spent nearly a decade at Bentley Systems, progressing from Engineer I to Senior Manager. Earlier experience includes work as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University and as an Engineer at General Electric - India Technology Center. Nikhil's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a PhD from Michigan State University, and a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Additionally, Nikhil has pursued Engineering Executive Education at The University of Texas at Austin.
