Tyler Holland

Tyler Holland currently serves as Production Manager and Plant Engineer at USG, where responsibilities include designing process improvements, evaluating production trends, implementing safety procedures, investigating equipment failures, and managing personnel in the absence of the operations manager. Previously, as Project Engineer, Tyler developed and managed plant capital investment projects alongside routine maintenance planning. Prior experience includes a role as Maintenance Engineer at UPMC, focusing on scheduling service outages and maintaining HVAC and building management systems. Tyler is pursuing an MBA at the University of Iowa, following a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
