Vishnu Rajkumar

Vishnu Rajkumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vishnu is currently employed at Ushur as the Senior Manager of Product Management, a role they have held since June 2022. In this position, Vishnu is responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution for some of the company's flagship products.

Prior to their current role, Vishnu worked at NextBee as a Senior Product Manager from January to November 2019. Vishnu held the position of Product Manager at Freightcom from May to November 2018.

From February 2014 to May 2018, Vishnu served as a Product/Project Manager at Cosmorays. Vishnu then joined Swiftmatics as a Product Manager from October 2011 to January 2014.

Before Swiftmatics, Vishnu gained valuable experience at BlackBerry as a Pricing and Strategy Manager from October 2008 to May 2011. Here, they were able to prevent an $8 million royalty overpayment by researching market share and collaborating with the BI team. Vishnu also drove cost reduction initiatives, leading to improved margins. Vishnu also built forecasting models for product adoption to enhance the customer software upgrade experience.

Prior to BlackBerry, Vishnu held roles such as Marketing Analyst at Rockwell Automation from January to August 2008, Marketing Coordinator at YOOTEL Communications from August 2007 to January 2008, and Marketing Analyst at TELUS from January to April 2007.

Vishnu Rajkumar completed their Advanced Product Management degree at Product Faculty in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of E-Commerce degree from Dalhousie University from 2005 to 2007. Vishnu also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication, which they earned from the University of Madras between 2000 and 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Vishnu has acquired various certifications to enhance their skills. Vishnu obtained the certification in Public Speaking Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2022. In November 2021, they became a Ushur Certified Pro - Level 1, certified by Credly. In June 2021, Vishnu obtained the Advanced Product Management (APM™) certification from Product Faculty. Furthermore, they completed the certifications in Becoming a Product Manager and Persuading Others from LinkedIn in March 2021.
