Amy Mausser, PHR, currently serves as the Chief HR Officer at USI Insurance Services since August 2015, overseeing human resources for a leading insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Human Resources Manager at USI Consulting Group from July 2013 to August 2015, contributing to one of the nation’s largest retirement and benefit consulting firms. Amy also served as a Human Resources Manager at Emerson Reid for a decade and managed Payroll and Benefits Administration at Center City District from 2000 to 2005.
