Randall Lewis

Randall Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Randall started their career as a Financial and Commissions Analyst at Sun Microsystems in 1993, where they developed budget management requirements and managed the commission process for a global sales force. Following this, they worked as an Owner/General Manager at SoCal Computer Recyclers from 1998 to 2009, where they managed sales, marketing, operations, and personnel. During this time, they increased sales revenue by targeting market penetration into various businesses.

In 2011, Lewis became the Priority Accounts Sales Manager and Director of Resale Operations at All Green Electronics Recycling, where they created and drove the achievement of key performance objectives for the resale process. Randall also worked at Experience Unlimited, Irvine Chapter as a Volunteer Trainer, conducting training workshops for managers and executives in transition.

From 2013 onwards, Lewis held various roles in different companies. Randall worked as a Business Manager at Orange Coast Computers & Recycling, handling tasks such as cold calling, business development, and customer service. Randall also worked as a Benefits Enrollment Counselor at Univers Workplace Solutions, focusing on educating and enrolling employees in benefit programs. At USI Insurance Services, they first served as a Senior Account Manager, where they managed a book of large and small group clients, and later became an Account Executive Team Lead.

In 2014, Lewis worked as a Covered California Certified Agent at an Independent Insurance Broker, where they educated and enrolled individuals, businesses, and groups in healthcare plans. Overall, Lewis has demonstrated a range of skills in sales, management, training, and customer service throughout their career.

Randall Lewis completed their education at Claremont McKenna College from 1987 to 1991, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Management. In 1989, they also attended the Institute for European Studies in Madrid, Spain, focusing on International Management. Prior to college, they attended Edison High School in Huntington Beach from 1983 to 1987.
