Sandra Usleman

Sandra Usleman has extensive experience in the insurance brokerage industry. Sandra started their career at Acordia Inc. in 1989 as a Sales Manager and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a National Sales Manager at GE Capital. In 1997, they joined USI Insurance Services as the Director of Training and Development and held this role until 2002. Sandra then became the SVP of Sales and Marketing at USI, where they developed a national marketing team and established sales management best practices. In 2006, Sandra became the President of USI Southwest, responsible for margin expansion, organic growth, and acquisition integration. In 2009, they took on the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer at USI, where they developed the USI Fast Start training program and focused on prospecting, sales, and messaging skills.

Sandra Usleman attended Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 1981 to 1984, where they pursued studies in Business Administration.
