Sue Janik

Sue Janik is an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst currently with USI Insurance Services, where responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions and optimizing onboarding workflows. Prior positions include serving as a Senior Analyst for HRIS at Maximus, leading the ATS implementation from iCIMS to Avature, and as a Senior Associate for Business Analysis at KPMG US, focusing on system administration and reporting for Avature. Additional experience includes business systems analysis at Generac Power Systems and financial systems analysis at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Sue Janik holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lakeland University.
