Margaret Breneman began their work experience in 2009 as a Human Resources Officer in the US Army, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, they joined USIC as an HR Project Director before taking on the role of Director of Recruiting in 2016. Margaret's most recent position at USIC was as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, a role they held from October 2022 onwards.
Margaret Breneman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in International Law and Legal Studies with a Systems Engineering Track from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Margaret is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, expected to be completed in 2025. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including a Veterans at Work Certificate, HR Change Management, Strategic Organizational Leadership, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
