Melissa Sierra has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Melissa is currently the EVP, Group Strategy Director at USIM, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Melissa served as the Senior Vice President, Group Director from 2012 to 2021. In this role, they led a team of media planning and buying professionals, driving the strategic vision of key retail clients. Before joining USIM, Melissa founded and served as the CEO of Destination Interactive, a digital marketing consulting firm, from 2011 to 2012. Melissa has also worked at NBC Universal as an Account Manager, Business Development from 2010 to 2011, where they secured new business and revenue streams for the company. Additionally, Melissa has experience as a Sales Manager at AmeriList Inc. from 2008 to 2010, where they collaborated with companies to develop unique marketing strategies and launched the Mobile Marketing division.

Melissa Sierra has educational background in marketing. Melissa attended Iona University and completed five classes towards an MBA in Marketing. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Manhattan College. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained several certifications related to digital marketing. Melissa is certified in The Trade Desk Edge Academy Executive Program, completed the Centro Certified Digital Media Essentials program, and also received a certification in Youtube Marketing from New Skills Academy.
