Ted Coulter

Ted Coulter has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ted began their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Nuclear Propulsion Plant Supervisor and Submariner, specializing in nuclear power. Ted also worked as a Prototype and Classroom Instructor during their time in the navy.

After leaving the military, Coulter transitioned into civilian roles, starting with the University of Michigan - Ford Nuclear Reactor as a Nuclear Reactor Operator. Ted was responsible for operating and maintaining the nuclear research reactor, performing experiments, and conducting laboratory procedures.

Coulter then moved on to work at Lockheed Martin as an Accreditation Coordinator and Technical Trainer. Ted helped develop and implement performance-based training programs for the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, an energy facility.

Ted continued their career at TranTek Automation, where they held various roles such as Division Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Project Manager, Manufacturing Support Engineer, and Production Manager. Coulter managed manufacturing operations, planned and assembled automation systems, and implemented training and quality programs.

At CH Maintenance Service, Inc., Coulter served as the Human Resource Director and Quality Coordinator, managing HR operations and designing employee training systems.

Coulter also worked at Centrus Energy Corp., where they held multiple management roles, including Quality Assurance Manager, Manager of Training, Procedures, Records Management, and Document Control, Project Manager for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, Manager of Manufacturing Process Development, Manager of Centrifuge Assembly, and Manager of Lead Cascade Operations and Maintenance. Ted oversaw various aspects of plant operations, developed manufacturing processes, managed reactivation projects, and led new plant start-ups.

Coulter later joined Navton Consulting Services, LLC, as a Consultant. Finally, they worked at USNC as the Manager of Reactor Manufacturing and is currently serving as the Plant Director of MMR Factory.
