Callum Fletcher

Callum Fletcher has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Callum is currently working as the Director of Global Gaming Operations at USO since February 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Esports at Illinois Wesleyan University, where they recruited, coached, and led the Varsity League of Legends roster. Callum was also responsible for overseeing the construction of the Esports Arena and Training Facility, as well as developing and growing the Esports and gaming community at the university. Additionally, Callum served as a Contributing Writer for Counter Logic Gaming, creating engaging articles primarily focused on Halo. Callum also worked as a Community Manager at Play Mechanix, a Freelance Writer for Red Bull in the Halo eSports division, a Manager at Glen Ellyn Park District, a Security personnel at Radisson Blu, and Head of Sales for Step For Hope.

Callum Fletcher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University between 2012 and 2014.
