Ashley Frost

Ashley Frost, MHA, MLS ASCPCM, currently serves as Commander with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, and has held various titles including Lieutenant Commander and Laboratory Director since June 2010. In addition, Ashley is the Laboratory Director and COVID-19 Organizational Coordinator for the Kodiak Area Native Association since January 2018, facilitating operations and logistics related to the pandemic. Previous experience includes roles as Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Application Coordinator within the same organization, as well as serving as Administrative Laboratory Director at Norton Sound Health Corporation from September 2009 to December 2017. Early career experience consists of positions such as Laboratory Generalist and Microbiology Supervisor at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of South Dakota, along with a Certificate in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of North Dakota.
