Juliette Taylor, PharmD, MBA, RAC, BCPP, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Acting Assistant Country Director and International Relations Specialist at the FDA China Office since September 2021, focusing on improving the safety and effectiveness of medical products for export to the U.S. Taylor has also held the position of Associate Director of Labeling at the FDA since January 2009, managing the labeling portfolio in the Division of Psychiatry Products. In previous roles, Taylor worked as a Senior Regulatory Project Manager with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service and as a Senior Policy Advisor at the FDA, where contributions included advancing regulatory science in the psychiatry field. Additional experience includes serving as a Health Insurance Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint, Inc. Taylor holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has completed various degrees and certifications in pharmacy and healthcare management.
