Alicia Ahearn

Alicia Ahearn is an accomplished professional in human resources and operations management with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. since January 2022, Alicia previously held the position of Director of Operations Resources at SurgCenter Development from July 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, Alicia worked at Bethesda Chevy Chase Surgery Center, LLC, where roles included Business Administrator and Business Office Manager from November 2010 to July 2017. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Health Administration/Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from George Mason University.
