Jack Fleming

Jack Fleming currently serves as the Acting Chief Communications Officer at the USPTO, a role commenced in January 2023, where responsibility includes the development and implementation of strategic communications while advising the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property. Prior experience encompasses positions at The Education Trust from May 2014 to January 2023, including Associate Director for Digital Communications, Digital Communications Manager, and Senior Associate for Digital Communications. Additional roles held include Senior Account Executive at DCI Group and Outreach and Communications Coordinator at the National Center for Victims of Crime, where Jack managed online outreach and email marketing efforts. Jack began professional engagement as a Stalking Resource Center Intern at the National Center for Victims of Crime, contributing to the development of a model Stalking Policy for colleges and universities. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
