Molly Reckford

Molly Reckford, OLY, currently serves as a Senior Manager on the Corporate Development team at Broadridge, focusing on partnerships, investments, and mergers and acquisitions since October 2022. Concurrently, Molly is a Manager and Product and Analytics Lead at USRowing, having also competed as a National Team Athlete. Prior experience includes various roles at Aetos Alternatives Management, starting as a Research Analyst and advancing to Associate, concentrating on investment research and reporting. Additionally, Molly was a Sales and Trading Analyst at Citi and held internships at Chambers Street Capital Management and Cory Booker for Senate. Molly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College, following education at Phillips Exeter Academy.
