Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis has extensive experience in both sports officiating and the real estate industry. Since September 2014, Kevin has served as an umpire for USSSA Fast Pitch Softball and VHSL Fastpitch. In the field of real estate, Kevin worked as a Commercial Escrow Officer at Fidelity National Title Ins. Co. from September 2021 to February 2024, and as a Real Estate Paralegal for Parrish and Lebar, LLP from August 2014 to December 2022. Kevin's legal experience includes managing real estate transactions and closings, leveraging expertise in software such as SoftPro and ProTrust. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Carolina University, obtained from 1998 to 2001, and initially pursued legal studies at Chowan University from 1996 to 1998.
