As Chief Corporate Officer of UST Global, Vijay Padmanabhan is responsible for corporate affairs including corporate strategy and planning, subsidiaries and spinoffs and investor relations.

Vijay executes UST Global’s vision by closely guiding the entire company’s strategic financial and operational planning initiatives while maintaining best-in-class support and services for clients.

Vijay has spent twenty years with UST Global and its subsidiaries that span across multiple geographies. Prior to his most current role, he held various positions like Controller, Global Head of Business Finance and FP&A where he focused heavily on treasury, financial planning, M&A, investment and financial reporting.

Vijay’s unique talent in finance leadership combined with the expertise in business leadership is at the core of keen execution mindset of the CEO’s office. He drives cross-functional projects and processes forward with speed and accuracy in support of the company’s mission to scale and maintain a strong, sustainable, rapid growth and results-driven culture.
