International Relations and Global Studies Council (IRGC) aims to help students from the Department of International Relations and Global Studies better engage in their academic and social experience here at The University of Texas. IRGC, a student organization, has three areas of focus: professional development, academic advancement, and social experience. The group holds weekly meetings to serve the student body of IRG majors by providing information about guest speakers, academic and career guidance, and track-related interaction. IRGC will also host socials, create an avenue of peer mentorship and coordinate opportunities for students to be a part of a community specific to their major.
