Chelsea Neal

Chelsea Neal, MBA, AFC® has extensive experience in hospital revenue cycle management and patient financial services. Chelsea most recently served as the Director of Hospital Revenue Cycle at UT Health San Antonio starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Faith Regional Health Services as the Director of Patient Financial Services from 2020 to 2023. Chelsea also worked at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for six years, from 2014 to 2020, where they held the role of Manager, Patient Financial Services.

Chelsea Neal, MBA, AFC®, holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Industry Leadership from Regis University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University (2001-2005). Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an Accredited Financial Counselor from AFCPE® (Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education®) in 2014.
