Naushad Noor

Naushad Noor, MHA, MBA, MBBS, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Managing Director of the STPC Emergency Medicine Department at UT Health San Antonio since March 2021. Prior to this role, Naushad held various positions at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, including Assistant Director of Support Services and Business & Operations Manager, where responsibilities included operational oversight, human resource management, and clinical practice administration. Naushad began a career in healthcare as an Administrative Intern at UTMB and also brings experience from Prime Communications as District Operations Manager, overseeing a substantial operational budget. Educational credentials include a dual Master's degree in Healthcare and Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences, and an MBBS from DOW University of Health Sciences.
