Stephanie Perez

Stephanie Perez has a strong background in research and education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Research Instructor at UT Health San Antonio since May 2014. In this role, responsibilities include planning and designing research experiments as well as operating specialized scientific equipment and analyzing data. Stephanie previously held the position of Research Associate at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where supervision and training of undergraduate students were key duties. Earlier experience includes teaching various subjects at St. John Bosco School. Stephanie holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from UT Health San Antonio and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
