Steve Hernandez, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive background in talent management, organizational development, and leadership development. With their most recent role as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Programs at UT Health San Antonio, they are responsible for leading and implementing talent management programs and initiatives. In terms of certifications, Steve obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in 2017.
