Stephenie Larsen

Stephenie Larsen is an experienced attorney who has been serving at the Utah State Bar since July 1996. In addition to legal practice, Stephenie has held various leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Encircle from January 2016 to December 2022, and current Advisory Board Member for KUED 7 since 2018. Notable board positions include participation on the LOVELOUD Board until September 2022, and serving on the Utah Valley University Culinary Arts Board from March 2019 to March 2021, as well as the Governor's Suicide Prevention Taskforce from July 2019 to June 2020. Prior to these roles, Stephenie worked as an attorney for MacAndrews & Forbes and as an attorney for abused and neglected children in Washington, D.C. courts. Stephenie also has legislative experience as a legislative assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives in 1996. Stephenie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Brigham Young University.
