Briana Lynch

Briana Lynch is the Founder and CEO of Reaching Roots since March 2023, specializing in in-home parent coaching utilizing behavioral skills and strategies for parents of children and youth of all ages. Concurrently, Briana serves as an Alpine Academy BCBA and Families First Specialist at Utah Youth Village since October 2019, focusing on evidence-based behavioral programs and individualized treatment plans for families involved with Juvenile Probation and the Department for Children and Families. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant position at the Center for Community Health and Development from August 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included data analysis and providing technical assistance to community organizations. Earlier experience includes a research internship at China Green Enterprise in mid-2014. Briana holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field, both from The University of Kansas.
