Oleg Permiakov

Mr. Oleg Permiakov is an experienced helicopter pilot with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Helicopters Captain at "Abakan Air" AK since September 2018, Mr. Permiakov has also been a pilot for UTair SA since July 2015, specializing in MI-8/17 helicopters. Prior to these roles, Mr. Permiakov gained extensive experience as a Helicopter PIC in various freelance capacities and worked with "ABAKAN AIR Groop" as a Helicopters Captain from September 2018 to March 2023. Mr. Permiakov's early career includes notable positions, such as Heli-Pilot for NUATC-MARCO, providing transportation for the Oil & Gas industry, and involvement in a presidential election campaign with Pegassus Aviation in 2011-2012. Mr. Permiakov holds a specialist degree in Flight Operation of Helicopters from KLK(NAO) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineer-mechanic-Pilot from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers, supplemented by an RSA CAA validation obtained in July 2015.
