Heather Jacobs, PMP®️

Heather Jacobs, PMP®️ has over 20 years of experience in various customer success and sales roles. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success at Utelogy Corporation, where they developed and implemented the strategy and vision for the CS organization, created and executed playbooks for post-sale onboarding, adoption, upsell, and renewal opportunities, and implemented renewal pipeline workflows across the US, EMEA, & APAC. Prior to Utelogy, they were a Customer Success Manager at Pexip, where they managed post-sale onboarding, adoption, upsell, and renewal for both customers and partners, achieved a new company record of 7% churn in Q1 2022, and increased upsell opportunities. In 2017, they were the Director of Customer Success at RentSimple, where they developed the strategic plan for the Client Success department, directed multiple projects to support the corporate rebranding effort, and led a diverse team of 5 to accomplish daily operations objectives and meet retention and sales goals. From 2014-2017, they were the Corporate Operations Manager at Old Bust Head Brewing Company. From 2009-2014, they were a Senior Account Manager at Acuity Audiovisual, where they effectively managed approximately 50 accounts, lead and directed multiple $1M+ TCV projects at strategic accounts, and cultivated account relationships to influence ARR. From 1997-2009, they were a Regional Account Manager, Manager of Inside Sales, and Inside Sales Account Representative at PTC.

Heather Jacobs, PMP®️ has an educational background in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Heather has also obtained a number of certifications, including Sales Operations from LinkedIn in May 2022, Customer Success Leader Certified Professional from Gainsight in January 2022, Customer Success Certified Advanced Professional from Gainsight in September 2021, and Customer Success Certified Professional from Gainsight in September 2021. Lastly, Heather holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
