Angelena Lira has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Angelena started their career as a Sandwich Artist and Supervisor at Subway in 2002, where they exhibited strong customer service skills and knowledge of menu items. Angelena then worked as a Lead Headwaiter and Board Supervisor at Little Gringos Kitchen, where they trained employees and resolved customer complaints. Angelena later joined Hobby Airport Marriott Hotels & Resorts in 2005 as a Sr. Supervisor Guest Service Representative, where they managed front office operations, handled guest issues, and trained new employees. Angelena continued in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Controller at Houston Hobby Airport Marriott, where they collected and processed contributions/payments, resolved accounts receivable discrepancies, and maintained databases. Angelena also gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at Patterson Tubular Services in 2011. In 2015, they became a Jenny Craig Consultant, providing ongoing support to members and helping them create personalized meal and activity plans.
