Jim serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Utica National’s New England Regional Office in Wakefield, Massachusetts, having been named to the position in 2022.
He joined Utica National in 2017 as Director of Regional Underwriting for the New England region and was named an officer of the company as Assistant Vice President in 2021. Previously, he spent 17 years with Hanover Insurance in various underwriting, product, and management roles.
Jim earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Southeastern Massachusetts University and holds the Associate in Underwriting (AU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designations.
