Allie Snyder

Allie Snyder has a diverse work experience in various roles related to marketing, communications, design, and program coordination. Allie is currently the Director of Communications & Engagement at the Utica Zoo, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing & Design Associate at the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired from September 2018 to August 2022. Allie also served as a Program Coordinator & Graphic Designer at LifeTown Columbus, coordinating a mentoring program and handling graphic design tasks from September 2016 to June 2018. From June 2015 to August 2016, Allie worked as a Communications Coordinator at Oneida County Habitat for Humanity, managing their online presence and creating marketing materials. Allie also gained experience as a Marketing Support Specialist at CCNY Tech from November 2014 to May 2015, where they handled marketing tasks and maintained social media accounts. Additionally, they had an internship as a Communications and Development Intern at the Utica Zoo from February 2014 to August 2014, assisting with events and managing databases.

Allie Snyder attended Utica University from 2010 to 2014. Allie obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Public Relations.
