Matthew Langlois

Matthew Langlois is currently the Director of Customer Success at Utilidata. Matthew has been in this role since October 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of Services at IneoQuest Technologies from October 2008 to October 2016. Matthew has also held positions as a Senior Engineer at Ineoquest Technologies, Security Specialist at VeriSign, and Network Operations Specialist at Navisite. Matthew Langlois has been working in the field of information security since 2001, when they started as an Information Security Analyst at Northeastern University. Matthew has been working in various positions in the customer success and information security fields for over 15 years.

Matthew Langlois has a Master's degree in Informatics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Business from Lynn University. Matthew also attended Lincoln HS.

Matthew Langlois reports to Josh Brumberger, CEO. They work with Theresa Gilbert - VP, Communications & Culture, Marissa Hummon - CTO, and Jess Melanson - President & COO.
