Julie Runions has over a decade of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Manager of Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations at Utilities Kingston since October 2009. Previously held the role of Utilities Engineer at the same organization. Prior to that, Julie worked as a Project Engineer at XCG Consultants Ltd. and as a Junior Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald. Julie is academically accomplished, holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering, obtained from McGill University and further education at Queen's University between 2007 and 2009.
