Spencer Lawrence

Spencer Lawrence has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2016, Spencer worked at Callforce as a Team Lead, where they helped develop appointment scheduling processes and worked closely with the CEO and CFO. In 2017, they joined Alliance Health as an Outbound Sales Representative, demonstrating exceptional performance and cross-selling abilities. Following this, Spencer joined Utility Billing West in 2018 as an Account Executive, managing a portfolio of properties and providing excellent customer service. Spencer then progressed to Assistant Manager, where they supported training and management efforts while specializing in sub metering units and compliance. In 2022, Spencer became a Regional Director, overseeing a team and collaborating with clients nationwide to improve utility billing and maximize profitability. Most recently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Utility Billing West, focusing on team support and growth to strive for exceptional service delivery.

Spencer Lawrence earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Information Technology Project Management from Utah Valley University. Spencer completed their studies from 2016 to 2023.
